Write to [email protected]. One person reads that address, in English or Russian, and answers within a few days.
If you are reporting a problem, these four lines are usually enough to find it: your device and its system version, whether you are on the App Store, Google Play or the web, what you did, and what happened instead.
How the game works
You are a die on a grid. The number that counts is the face touching the ground, which is the one you cannot see. Opposite faces of a die always add up to seven, so the hidden number is always the one you can work out. Three games are built on that rule: 60 puzzle boards, 120 chased action stages, and 60 mazes drawn only where you have already been.
On a phone, drag anywhere to roll and tap a power chip to use it. On a computer, the arrow keys or W A S D roll, 1 2 3 spend a power, C changes the camera, V pulls back to show the whole board, and Esc opens the menu.
Common questions
My progress disappeared
Progress is stored on the device, not on a server of ours. Deleting the app deletes it, and it does not move between devices. There is no account to sign in to and nothing we can restore from our side.
The leaderboards or awards are empty
Those come from Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android, and they need you to be signed in to that service. Sign-in is offered at launch and can be declined; the game works fully without it. Nothing is lost by declining, and awards you earned while signed out are sent the next time you sign in.
A rewarded video did not give me the power
A power is granted only when the advertising service reports the video as watched. A video that fails to load, or is closed early, earns nothing. If a video finished and the power did not arrive, tell us the stage you were on.
I want to see fewer adverts, or reset my choice
Adverts pay for the game and there is no purchase to remove them. Where a consent form applies, reinstalling the app shows it again. Your advertising identifier can be reset or limited in the device settings, under Privacy and Security then Tracking on iOS, or Google then Ads on Android.
The game runs slowly
The game measures its own frame rate and lowers detail on its own when it needs to. If it is still slow, closing other apps helps most, since everything here is drawn live rather than loaded from a file.
Starting over
Settings, then Reset progress, clears everything: levels, best times, awards, and the copy held by the store service where there is one. It cannot be undone.
